Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your lesson, you must give a week's notice from your scheduled ride date to avoid a cancellation charge. Any cancellations made after the 7 day window has passed will be charged a $15 cancelation fee. This helps pay for the instructor's time and lost revenue from others not being able to sign up for that time. No Call, No Show: If you are unable to keep your scheduled time, you must give 24 hours notice before the lesson time. Any cancellations after that time or no shows will be charged full price of their lesson.
